Processing and worldwide delivery

ARDON ships beauty products worldwide, subject to carrier, product and destination restrictions. Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment, excluding weekends and Western Australian public holidays. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and exclude processing time, customs and events outside our reasonable control.

International shipping charges

International shipping is free when the order subtotal is over AUD $150. For international orders of AUD $150 or less, destination-based shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. The customer is responsible for confirming that products may be imported into the destination country and for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees unless checkout states otherwise.

Delays, damaged parcels and support

Customs processing, carrier disruption and incorrect address details can delay delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged or appears lost, email Shivamtandon897@yahoo.com with your order number and photos where possible. We will work with the carrier and provide any remedy required by Australian Consumer Law.
